Placing an Order
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation by email. If your selection of products may be lost from the shopping bag, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products. BRGN does not reserve items for future purchase.
All orders placed on BRGN by Lunde & Gaundal website brgn.com. are stored in our customer system. The information being saved is the customers shipping and billing address and order history.
You can choose your own password for login. Here you can view your own profile which contains order history and information such as customers shipping and billing address. All profiles can be deleted by contacting us at email@example.com
Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail including your order number, details of the product you have ordered and delivery details. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgment that we have received your order. If you fail to receive an order confirmation 24h after placing an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the items purchased are in stock, we can fulfill your order. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your e-mail with all shipment details. In the unfortunate event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail.
We accept the following credit- and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express through PayPal and Stripe. We also accept payments by Klarna.
Please note that the payment is made when we ship the order to you. If you are using Klarna, invoice will be sent same day as shipment. Customers under age 18 can not use Invoice as Payment Method.
Your order will normally be dispatched within 24 hours from the time you place your order. Orders placed during weekends will be dispatched first Monday. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail including all shipment details. All goods are sent from Bergen, Norway.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses. Kindly also note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

All orders are fully traceable with the provided tracking number. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 7 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, public holidays or severe weather conditions. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not consider possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability and/or delays through customs.
Trying Items On
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. When trying on clothing, avoid rubbing off deodorant, perfume and make-up. All returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
All measurements are approximately, and variance may occur. Please have average sizing in mind and note that minor differences may occur.
Return and Exchange
Please note that we have a 14 days return policy. In order to create a pleasant shopping experience, we operate with an easy return procedure.
In advance of the return, please read information boxes below that are relevant to you (Domestic/Norwegian order vs International order)
NB All purchases made online on brgn.com must be returned through email@example.com.
After notifying us, we would ask you to follow these steps:
- Send us an email at Sales@brgn.com for return label
- Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging and seal still attached. If you are unsure whether we will accept your return; please see the important information section underneath for a complete list of criteria.
- To return your order, please seal the package properly and put your received return label on the outside of the package. Deliver it at your local post office/mail-in-store (Bring).
- Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging and seal still attached.
- Send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your return request. Once your return has been approved you will receive a a return-shipping label.
Once your return has been approved and you have received the return papers yo have to do the following:
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box/bag, or any other solid carton box/bag. Close the box/bag and tape it securely. Print and fill out the return-form sent to you by mail and put this along with the product. NB: It is important that you write down your order number, name, e-mail and reason for the return.
- Print out the return-shipping label and documents received after contacting us by mail. Place the return-shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information. Remember to ask for your return-receipt with tracking number, or else BRGN will not be responsible for the return shipment to our warehouse.
- Contact DHL when this is done and schedule a pick-up suitable for you. The return will be traceable and insured until it has reached our distribution center.
- If your return is accepted upon arrival at our distribution center, your return will be handled/refunded within 14 days from time of arrival. NB: The return delivery fee of 200 NOK (20 USD/GBP) will NOT be refunded. Any items that are being returned must be in perfect condition without any visible signs or damage, and must have the original label attached. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria.
Right to return does not apply to products bought in a physical store, only for online sales in accordance to the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act.
There is a 2-year warranty on products sold on www.brgn.com. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. If an item was received damaged, you must contact us at email@example.com within 2 months after purchase. Please place the item back in a sealed bag to avoid any added scratches or damages. Please always refer to your order number in your communication with us, along with photos of the claim area and a description of the claim. If the product is considered defect, we will make a full refund including shipping costs when the return of the claim is received.
BRGN does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, you will be contacted by e-mail. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colours, info and prices, errors may occur.
All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. BRGN will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety. Personal data collected from customers online consists of name, address (both shipping and billing addresses), email address and telephone number. BRGN may also store information regarding your purchases, information regarding product and size, and purchase price and date.
BRGN use “Cookies” (Read more under “Cookies” below) and track IP addresses so we can improve our services and enhance your experience. BRGN does not sell or rent out personal customer data. You are entitled at any time to request access to and correction of all personal data you have provided to us, or to request removal of your name and other personal data from BRGN customer database. You are entitled at any time to request removal from our marketing/newsletter list by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or click “unsubscribe” on the bottom of each newsletter.
